Apple-Blueberry Smoothie

Apple-Blueberry Green Smoothie
1 apple, chopped
2 celery ribs
1/2 lemon (washed, pitted, but not peeled)
about ½ cup blueberries
1 medium banana
large handful baby spinach or other greens (up to 2 cups)
water or juice(more or less depending on how thick you like your smoothie)
ice
Blend and enjoy!
Whether the green smoothies are really tasty? I have absolutely not a fan of vegetables so I was hesitant to try it. But why your pictures really great and looks so tasty, nice and delicious. Uuhhmm okay I’ll try it right now, thanks for this recipe!
Hi Aldo, at first just try fewer greens and more fruit, until you get used to the green taste. Apples and lemon and even a banana are good things to add. Let us know how it goes!
